My calling is to activate historically and systematically marginalized communities to take agency over their lives and build impactful legacies.

As a Black woman, I understand what it feels like to be overlooked, and undervalued and I definitely do not bring that vibe when I speak.
I have over 10 years of public speaking experience. I have also appeared on national television, podcasts and local radio, including Good Morning America and MSNBC. The National Black Lawyers Association named me Top 40 under 40 for the last 5 years.
As a licensed attorney, much of my work includes legal education and entrepreneurship. No matter the audience, I distill complex topics into a fun, bite-sized way that’s accessible and engaging.
I devote my time to practicing law and speaking on stages of aligned values.
Outside of speaking, I am a mom to Emerson, activist, founding attorney of a successful estate planning firm, author, docent and avid volunteer in my local community.
